COMPACT LIVING REPORT 2023
How will we live in the future? How do social events influence the real estate market for compact forms of living?
In cooperation with the Institut für deutsche Wirtschaft (IW), we take a look at the market for compact forms of living and publish the results in the Cube Compact Living Report. All purchase and rental offers for 1- and 1.5-room apartments in 70 independent cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants serve as the basis. The Cube Compact Living Report analyzes regional differences in the development of rents and purchase prices. Each annual report also has a special focus.
