As part of a service development mandate, Cube Real Estate is developing the Schwarzbach Quartier in Ratingen-Ost on behalf of InfraRed Capital Partners from London. The global investment manager commissioned us to act as the owner’s representative and project developer. In the Schwarzbach Quartier, around 82,000 m² of usable space for offices and a hotel is being built on a total of six construction sites. InfraRed Capital Partners acquired the property on Balcke-Dürr-Allee from R & S Partner Immobiliengesellschaft in 2016.
