Leverkusen, 10.01.2023 – Rica Pröpper took over as Head of Human Resources and Marketing at Cube Real Estate GmbH at the beginning of the year. Previously, Jonathan Meier had built up the HR department, who is leaving the company at his own request at the end of February after more than three years. In her dual role, Rica Pröpper reports to Tilman Gartmeier, founder and Chairman of the Management Board. Alongside Jean-Marc Fey (Head of Purchasing & Sales and Project Management), Behnam Afshar (Head of Construction Management), Gerd Wechsler (Head of Technical Quality Management and Controlling) and Johanna Friedek (Head of Asset Management), Rica Pröpper joins the divisional management team as a responsible function below the management board.

At Cube Real Estate GmbH, Rica Pröpper will be responsible for the overall management of HR and marketing and will drive forward the professional development of both areas as well as cross-divisional and cross-project structures.

Rica Pröpper comes from Green IT GmbH, which offers sustainable IT solutions for companies throughout Germany. Until recently, the HR expert was People & Culture Director there, where she was responsible for the company’s human resources at nine locations. Prior to this, she worked at Brillen Rottler GmbH as HR Manager for over 600 employees at 100 locations. After training at Landesbausparkasse (LBS) West, Pröpper worked as a real estate customer advisor for three years. Rica Pröpper then completed a degree in Human Resources Management at the Arnsberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
