In Frankfurt-Rödelheim, Cube Real Estate is realizing a versatile residential and commercial project on a 2,500 m² site. With around 5,500 m² of residential and commercial space, it offers a well thought-out concept for different living requirements. From compact apartments for students, young professionals and commuters to spacious maisonettes and penthouses – urban living space with a high quality of life and a breathtaking view of the Frankfurt skyline is being created here. The project comprises a total of 102 residential units, including 68 fully furnished apartments with high-quality fittings and all-in rent, seven exclusive townhouses with their own garden, eight maisonette apartments on the 4th and 5th floors, spacious penthouses with terraces, 68 parking spaces in a two-storey underground garage as well as a locked bicycle room and a parcel station for all tenants directly in the entrance area.
By converting the existing building, CO₂ emissions are significantly reduced and the sealing of new areas is avoided – a conscious contribution to ecological urban development. Cube Real Estate has also opted for energy-efficient construction to KfW 55 standard with a combined heat and power unit (CHP) for more efficient heat generation.
Thanks to the excellent public transport connections and the proximity to green spaces, shopping facilities and leisure activities, the project offers a high quality of life in one of Frankfurt’s most sought-after residential areas. The project is scheduled for completion in 2025.
