Cube Real Estate receives building permit for residential project “LIF –
Leben in Frankenberg” in Aachen

Cube Real Estate GmbH (Cube) has acquired the
building permit for the “LIF – Leben in Frankenberg” residential project. The
project volume is around 25 million euros. The receipt of the building permit represents
a significant milestone for the project and the further course of the project.
Completion of the project, which is being realized at Beverstrasse 32 in Aachen, is scheduled for mid-2025
. “LIF” comprises a modern residential building with a
commercial unit on the first floor and is characterized by an ingenious
use of space: Around 3,200 m² of living space and 100 m² of commercial rental space
comprise a total of 64 residential units and one commercial unit, with a focus on
high-quality living. For the design of the outdoor areas,
generous green spaces and a children’s playground are planned, which will offer residents an
oasis of relaxation in the middle of the city.
In terms of sustainability and living comfort, photovoltaic systems,
heat pumps and extensive green roofs will be implemented to achieve innovative
energy efficiency. There is also a modern infrastructure with a car elevator,
26 car parking spaces on innovative double parking spaces and 156 bicycle parking spaces.

The architectural concept comes from the renowned Zimmermann
architects. A team of specialized service providers and partners, including
Kempen Krause Hartmann and the engineering office Tajik for the structural design,
Kunkel & Partner for fire protection, ISRW Klapdor for daylight simulation and
TGA Hanseatec, ensure implementation at the highest technical and
aesthetic level.
