The project developer Cube Real Estate is further expanding its management team: Behnam Afshar has been appointed authorized signatory with immediate effect. The 33-year-old has been working for the Leverkusen-based project developer since April 2021, where he is responsible for project and construction management as division manager and for the subsidiary Cube Easy-E as managing director.

Over the past two years, Afshar has significantly strengthened the internal construction department in terms of personnel and built up the internal structures in construction management with regard to fully integrated individual contracting. Before joining Cube Real Estate, the industrial engineering graduate was Head of Construction Operations at Kondor Wessels and Project Manager at Zech Bau.

“Behnam enriches Cube Real Estate immensely with his expertise and innovative impulses. We can always rely on him in day-to-day business and in challenging situations. He has become an indispensable part of Cube Real Estate and represents our company extremely well. In order to allow him to act even more independently and to express our confidence in his person, we have decided to grant him power of attorney,” explains Tilman Gartmeier, founder and Chairman of the Managing Directors of Cube Real Estate.
