Cube Curve 468 project offers 179 new residential units in Cologne-Kalk

Cube Life, a subsidiary of Cube Real Estate, has successfully launched the marketing and letting of the Cube Curve 468 residential quarter. The project in Cologne-Kalk offers a total of 179 residential units on around 7,400 m² of living and usable space, which are divided into regular apartments, compact apartments and senior apartments. The quarter also includes small commercial spaces, a kiosk and a daycare center. The intergenerational living concept was specially tailored to the needs of the urban community. Cube Curve 468 was developed and built by Cube Real Estate; the buyer Aberdeen Standard Investments Deutschland AG has commissioned Cube Life with the letting.
Within just three months, Cube Life received over 6,500 rental inquiries. In order to process these inquiries efficiently, specially developed digitalization systems were used to enable Cube Life to manage them in a targeted and structured manner. These technical solutions helped to make the rental processes efficient and meet the high demands of the market. Cube Life has already conducted 1,000 rental viewings for the 179 available residential units and achieved an occupancy rate of 85%.

The underground car park also relieves the parking situation in the surrounding area and thus contributes to improving the quality of life of local residents.”
