THE PROCESS
From the initial examination of a potential property or plot of land, we are characterized by a high degree of flexibility and transparency, but also by acting and reacting quickly. From initial contact to notarization, we maintain open and trusting communication with our contractual and cooperation partners. We or one of our subsidiaries always acquire and develop the properties on our own account, which means that we are fully responsible for the respective project at all times. If we are able to create a new use for a property, including through land-use planning measures, we may enter the demolition phase and then the construction phase, which consists of conversion, new construction and/or revitalization. We sell the projects in various project phases globally or individually. We prefer to look for developed and undeveloped properties such as conversion and brownfield sites, inner-city vacant lots, vacant or rented existing properties, retail parks and commercial properties. We are also looking for large areas or similar for district developments. Throughout Germany, preferably close to city centers, university locations and with good infrastructure and public transport connections.
