Zoll 5 – Urban living in Cologne-Zollstock
Zoll 5 is a modern residential project on the Zollstockgürtel that redefines urban living. Cube Real Estate is building 99 compact apartments and 15 two- to three-room apartments on the approximately 3,000 m² site. The new building impresses with its green and beige façade, which is reminiscent of Cologne architecture from the 1950s and 1960s.
