The “WAKO – Wandsbek Königsreihe” project development along Königsreihe in Hamburg-Wandsbek was purchased by Cube Real Estate in December 2023. The approximately 3,100 m² site is located between Brauhausstrasse and Wandsbeker Königstrasse. The project is part of the “Brauhausviertel” district development. The site currently consists of commercial and office space, which is to be demolished as part of the project development. The development plan envisages a mixed-use area for the site.

In future, new residential space is to be created in the quarter, accounting for around 70% of the space and representing a healthy mix of apartments. The remaining 30% will be completed by accommodation space. Planning and architect contracts have already been signed. Construction is set to begin in early 2026, with the aim of creating a mixed-use and future-oriented quarter with a focus on housing by 2028.
