Cube Real Estate is building the Opladen station quarter directly on the station bridge in the Neue Bahnstadt Opladen by 2030. The concept envisages a variety of uses such as commercial, retail, residential, accommodation and gastronomy. Neighborhood squares and extensive greenery will ensure a high quality of stay. In terms of urban development, the Bahnhofsquartier represents the new entrance to Opladen city center and the entire Neue Bahnstadt Opladen – one of the largest urban development projects in Germany. With its staircase, the project structurally integrates the station bridge and thus completes the connection between Opladen station and Opladen city center and Bahnstadt West.
The new Bahnhofsquartier is being built within walking distance of the Cube Real Estate headquarters and is therefore also in the immediate vicinity of the successful Cube Factory 577 project currently under construction.
