In the immediate vicinity of EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel, 128 fully furnished apartments have been created for 138 students and guest lecturers. From smart individual apartments from 21 m² to spacious units for shared flats with a size of 98 m²: there is the right solution for every student’s heart. There are also 138 parking spaces, 36 of which are in the underground garage. The first occupancy took place on September 1, 2017. The occupancy rate was already over 95% at this point. The approx. 9,100 m² plot was acquired by Cube Real Estate in 2013 and construction began in the fall of 2016. The building is primarily aimed at students of the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and Geisenheim University. In addition to the large common room with table football, billiards and lounge area, residents can expect an exciting life between the Rhine and wine. All apartments have been sold since November 2020 and the project has been successfully completed.
