With an area of 40,000 m², the largest site in Cube Real Estate’s portfolio to date is the currently undeveloped plot along Longericher Strasse in the immediate vicinity of the new ICE plant in Cologne Bilderstöckchen. An urban quarter for intergenerational living and various commercial uses will be created here. The area is very well connected to Cologne city center by public transport and to the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region via the nearby freeways. Together with local politicians, the neighborhood and the city, a dialog-oriented process will be launched to develop this interesting area.
