Leverkusen, 15.06.2021 – Cube Life GmbH (Cube Life) has taken over the property management for the “HAINBASE” apartment building in Hanover. The building is part of Commerz Real’s “CR Institutional Smart Living Fund” portfolio and offers 241 high-quality, fully furnished student apartments. The property at Schulenburger Landstrasse 114 is just a few subway stops away from Leibniz Universität Hannover.

Marieke Mantel, Managing Director of Cube Life, says: “We are seeing a steady increase in user requests for ‘HAINBASE’. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the summer semester had to take place completely digitally. We are now receiving positive signals from the responsible authorities for the upcoming winter semester due to the progress made in combating the pandemic.”

The apartments in “HAINBASE” are between 21 m² and 34 m² and are offered as an all-in rent including utilities, electricity and internet from 560 euros. Users have access to extensive communal areas, services and a roof terrace. The low-rise building of the property was completed in May 2021. The high-rise building with 12 floors will also be ready for the first users by the winter semester 2021.

The property management contract for “HAINBASE” is Cube Life’s second contract from Commerz Real. Cube Life is managing 111 apartments on Merziger Strasse in the Derendorf district of Düsseldorf. “We are delighted that Commerz Real has once again placed its trust in us.
