In the highly sought-after Düsseldorf district of Derendorf, we have developed an ultra-modern apartment complex with 111 residential units on seven floors. Commerz Real, a Commerzbank Group company, acquired the property in February 2017 as part of a forward deal for its “CR Institutional Smart Living Fund”. Cube Life GmbH – a subsidiary of Cube Real Estate GmbH – has taken over the property management.
