The building, which was constructed in 1970 and has a gross floor area of around 4,300 m² in Frankfurt-Niederrad, is being converted into an apartment building as part of a comprehensive revitalization project. A total of 137 apartments will be created on around 3,100 m² of living space. The project volume amounts to approx. 31 million euros. Cube Ruby 923 is located at the transition to the Niederrad office district, with the S-Bahn connection just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, there is a northern connection to Frankfurt am Main International Airport and Frankfurt city center.
