Project developer Cube Real Estate GmbH is celebrating a significant milestone in the development of its Cube Central 378 project in Düsseldorf-Flingern: the shell of the building has been successfully completed. With the completion of the shell, the realization of the mixed-use urban quarter continues to progress.

The Cube Central 378 project, centrally located in the Flingern-Süd district, combines modern architecture with an urban usage concept on a site area of around 6,100 m². A total of 177 residential units, including compact apartments as well as socially subsidized and price-controlled apartments, are being built on a total usable area of approx. 13,000 m². The residential offer is complemented by approx. 5,500 m² of rentable office and commercial space as well as areas for gastronomy and retail. A publicly accessible green space with a playground will round off the quarter and offer residents and the neighborhood an attractive place to spend time.

The project was acquired by the ZBI Group in October 2022 as part of a forward deal. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2025.
