Cube Real Estate GmbH (Cube), has acquired a property of approx. 3,200 m² in Hamburg’s up-and-coming Brauhausviertel district. The property at Königsreihe 6-12 is currently used as office and warehouse space.

“After more than two years without any new acquisitions due to the changed and significantly worsened market conditions, this purchase marks the re-entry into a new growth phase at Cube Real Estate. The fact that we are able to successfully present new construction project developments at the current market level of interest and construction costs, as well as sales prices, is a positive signal for the coming year 2024 – for us and for the entire industry,” says Managing Director Tilman Gartmeier.

The plans envisage the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a new building with a mix of residential and commercial properties to meet current and future market requirements. This development is part of the Brauhausviertel district development and is strategically located between Brauhausstrasse and Wandsbeker Königstrasse, adjacent to the Mühlenteich park. The aim of the project is not only to enhance the urban space, but also to contribute to the economic vitality of the district.

With this project, Cube Real Estate is contributing to a diverse and sustainable district and strengthening its presence in the Hamburg real estate market.
