Cube Factory 577 in Leverkusen now fully let

Project developer Cube Real Estate has achieved another letting success: the revitalized commercial part of the “Cube Factory 577” project on Fakultätsstraße in Leverkusen is now fully let. The property, which was formerly used as a railroad repair plant and is now part of a mixed-use urban quarter, comprises a total of around 7,000 m² of gross office space.
The owner of the building is the project developer Cube Real Estate. In addition to Cube Real Estate itself, other tenants include Ströer SE & Co. KGaA, DFMG Deutsche Funkturm GmbH, Etteplan Germany GmbH, GRB Gemeinnütziges Rheinisches Bildungszentrum GmbH and skillconomy GmbH.
