Cologne
Cologne // Roßstraße
In spring 2017, four shared apartments for eight students and 58 senior apartments were completely renovated and furnished in the sought-after, traditional Cologne district of Ehrenfeld, in close proximity to the city center and the Belgian quarter. The students can feel at home in modern and fully furnished two-bed apartments, each designed for two people. The 58 senior apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, are age-appropriately furnished and are operated by Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V.. With a size of 28 to 60 m², the apartments are also suitable for couples and offer barrier-free bathrooms and, in some cases, spacious balconies or terraces. The quiet inner courtyard consists of many green spaces and invites you to linger on the comfortable seating areas. The complex was sold to Catella Real Estate AG in December 2017.
