With a size of 28 to 60 m², the apartments are also suitable for couples and offer barrier-free bathrooms and, in some cases, spacious balconies or terraces. The quiet inner courtyard consists of many green spaces and invites you to linger on the comfortable seating areas. The complex was sold to Catella Real Estate AG in December 2017.
