Tilman Gartmeier, founder and managing director of Cube Real Estate, is withdrawing from the operational business at his own request with immediate effect. He will continue to work closely with the company as a shareholder.

“After twelve exciting and successful years at Cube Real Estate, I have taken the decision to step down from the management of Cube Real Estate and all its affiliated companies. I am very happy and grateful to have played a part in the successful development and expansion of Cube Real Estate. I look forward to continuing to work closely with the company as a shareholder,” says Tilman Gartmeier.

Bernd Hütter becomes new Managing Director

Bernd Hütter is taking over as Managing Director of Cube Real Estate GmbH with immediate effect. He has been with the company since 2020 and was previously Managing Director of the company.

Cube Real Estate becomes a stock corporation

Cube Real Estate GmbH will shortly change its legal form to that of an AG. As part of this process, the Management Board will be expanded to include additional members who will then assume responsibility for the areas of project development, urban land-use planning, transactions, letting, marketing, IT and legal & taxes.
