Three residential buildings with a total of around 200 residential units are planned, consisting of 169 compact apartments and 29 apartments. An underground parking garage with approx. 163 parking spaces and around 450 bicycle parking spaces in the outdoor area and basement will also be built. The historic building of the former flag factory will also have a new two-storey extension for office and commercial use. The concept also includes sufficient multifunctional areas to provide space for sports and cultural events.
