Project developer Cube Real Estate is expanding its management team: Jean-Marc Fey will join Bernd Hütter on the management board. After nine years with the company, Fey left Cube Real Estate GmbH in December 2024 and is now returning as Managing Director to drive the strategic development forward.

Jean-Marc Fey has extensive experience in the real estate industry and previously held various management positions at Cube Real Estate. Most recently, he was responsible for acquisitions and sales, office leasing and asset management as an authorized signatory and division manager, as well as project development in the past.

His academic career includes a degree in General Management at the CBS International Business School, where he taught for a time as a lecturer in real estate law and contract drafting alongside his professional activities.

In his new role as Managing Director of Cube Real Estate, Jean-Marc Fey will focus in particular on the areas of project development, office leasing and asset management.
