Management change at property manager Cube Life:
Thore Marenbach and Leonie Krull take over management

Cube Life GmbH has appointed Thore Marenbach as its new Managing Director and Leonie Krull as its new authorized signatory. The two, who already work together for Cube Land Development GmbH, will be responsible for the activities of the wholly-owned subsidiary of Leverkusen-based project developer Cube Real Estate GmbH with immediate effect. The property manager Cube Life specializes in the rental and management of furnished apartments and apartments for singles, young urban professionals and students, among others.
Thore Marenbach has been managing the subsidiary Cube Land Development GmbH, which is primarily active in the management and coordination of urban district developments, since it was founded in 2021. Leonie Krull has been supporting him in the company’s management since the beginning of 2022 as a management consultant. The two will continue to carry out their activities at Cube Land Development in the future.
