Cube Real Estate completes intergenerational residential quarter in Cologne

Project developer Cube Real Estate has successfully completed the intergenerational residential quarter Cube Curve 468 in Cologne’s Kalk district and has now handed it over to the buyers, abrdn Investments Deutschland AG. The project was sold to the German unit of the abrdn Group for the abrdn Pan European Residential Property Fund (aPER) as part of a forward deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Cube Curve 468 offers a total of 163 residential units on around 7,400 m² of living and usable space, divided into regular apartments, compact apartments and senior apartments. The quarter also includes small commercial spaces, a kiosk and a daycare center. The property not only meets the requirements for high-quality inner-city living, but also the highest sustainability standards, as it is supplied with sustainable heat and electricity by Cube Easy-E, a subsidiary of Cube Real Estate. The good public transport connections and proximity to numerous shopping, leisure and educational facilities make Cube Curve 468 an attractive residential address in Cologne on the right bank of the Rhine.
