Leverkusen, 11.04.2023 The project developer Cube Real Estate GmbH has appointed two new authorized signatories: Jean-Marc Fey (Head of Project Management and Purchasing & Sales) has been granted power of attorney alongside Rica Pröpper (Head of HR, PR, Marketing & Events) with immediate effect. Cube Real Estate is thus pursuing continuous professionalization with an increasing management structure in order to do justice to the company’s further growth.

Jean-Marc Fey has now been working in various areas of the company for seven years and has been successfully responsible for Purchasing & Sales as division manager for four years. He has also been in charge of project management for two years. “I am personally very grateful to Jean-Marc for his impressive commitment to our company over the past few years and am delighted that we can now take another step forward together,” says Tilman Gartmeier, founder and Chairman of the Managing Directors of Cube Real Estate.

Rica Pröpper has been responsible for HR, PR, Marketing & Events as Head of Division since the beginning of 2023 and is currently working on restructuring and expansion to ensure continuous professionalization and enable further growth at company level. “In Rica Pröpper, we have found a manager who fully shares our values and passion for our corporate purpose. With a great deal of initiative, she is in the process of comprehensively developing her divisions and the company as a whole. In order to express the necessary responsibility and create freedom of action, I am delighted to have another authorized signatory alongside Jean-Marc Fey,” says Gartmeier.
