Leverkusen, 20.07.2022 – Growth requires new processes and structures: project developer Cube Real Estate is expanding the commercial letting of project developments as well as the letting and management of existing space and is adding the Asset Management division to its company. Johanna Friedek took over the management of this division in July 2022. Friedek’s main tasks include full divisional responsibility as well as the further development and expansion of the newly created division.

As Head of Asset Management, Johanna Friedek reports directly to the founder and CEO Tilman Gartmeier. Alongside Jean-Marc Fey (Head of Purchasing and Sales and Project Management), Behnam Afshar (Head of Construction Management) and Gerd Wechsler (Head of Technical Quality Management and Controlling), Johanna Friedek joins the staff of divisional heads as a responsible function below the management board.

Johanna Friedek can look back on 15 years of professional experience as a real estate consultant, letting manager, asset manager and most recently as branch manager at DIC ONSITE GmbH. She holds a degree in real estate economics from the International Real Estate Business School and previously completed her studies in economic geography at RWTH Aachen University with a Magister Artium degree. Johanna Friedek has expertise in the areas of asset management and interface management as well as the development of processes and structures.
