Wiesbaden/ Düsseldorf: Union Investment commissions Cube Life with the letting mandate for the “Urban Base” brand micro-apartments
Leverkusen, 01.02.2022 – Cube Life GmbH (Cube Life) has taken over the letting mandate for the “Urban Base” properties in Wiesbaden and Düsseldorf. The #MicroLiving apartments are part of the portfolio of Union Investment’s Urban Living No. 1 special real estate fund.
The property offers 107 high-quality, fully furnished apartments in Wiesbaden. The property at Klingholzstrasse 8 is characterized by its central location right next to Wiesbaden’s main railway station. The apartments measure between 30 and 51 square meters and are offered as part of an all-in rent excluding electricity and the broadcasting fee. Regardless of the category, the apartments include an open-plan, practical living room with dining area and integrated kitchenette, a fully equipped sleeping area and a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, construction work on the property was completed as planned at the end of 2020.
With the second letting mandate for the “Urban Base” apartments, Cube Life is responsible for a property in the Bilk district, not far from Düsseldorf University. At Himmelgeister Strasse 270, 184 fully furnished apartments ranging in size from 18 to 50 square meters are expected to be available for rent from February 2022.
