Leverkusen, 29.10.2020 – Leverkusen-based project developer Cube Real Estate has started selling 26 condominiums in the Neue Bahnstadt Opladen district. The apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 102 square meters, are part of Cube Factory 577, the heart of the new district on the historic site of a railroad repair plant. Occupancy is scheduled for fall 2022.

“Spread over five floors, bright, comfortable 1- to 4-room apartments are being built in an industrial-historical setting not far from the train station and right next to the new Opladen campus of Cologne Technical University,” says Germaine Houessou, Team Leader Individual Sales at Cube Real Estate, describing the real estate project currently under construction. Among other things, the apartments have loggias and terraces on the first floor, parquet floors and underfloor heating. A parking garage, which will be visually integrated into the overall ensemble of Cube Factory 577, will provide parking spaces for future residents.

In addition to the condominiums, Cube Real Estate will construct over 12,000 square meters of floor space for office and commercial use as well as furnished apartments and shared apartments with a total of 346 beds on the 20,000 square meter site.
