With its fresh real estate projects, Cube Real Estate will help more people to do the same in the future,” says Tilman Gartmeier, founder and Managing Director of Cube Real Estate. The Leverkusen-based project developer is opening its new location in the Main metropolis today, officially establishing Cube Real Estate Mitte GmbH.

“We are proud to have Sven Seipp as Managing Director for the new location in the center of Germany. He brings with him many years of expertise in real estate project development,” says Tilman Gartmeier. Sven Seipp from Frankfurt studied real estate project development at EBS in Oestrich-Winkel and has been active in this segment for many years. His successful projects, which he was responsible for in previous positions, include the Maintor, the Marienturm and the Four in Frankfurt am Main.

Cube Real Estate has a very special relationship with the Rhine-Main region. Rhein Village in Oestrich-Winkel, not far from EBS University, was the first project development by the rapidly expanding company. The Leverkusen-based company is also currently developing Cube Ruby 923, a modern property with 140 furnished apartments in Frankfurt-Niederrad.

“The location in Frankfurt am Main is already the second geographical expansion of our company in 2020. At the beginning of the year, we opened a location in Hamburg with Cube Real Estate Nord GmbH,” says Bernd Hütter, the member of the management board responsible for Cube Real Estate’s locations, describing the growth. According to Hütter, a further branch in southern Germany is to follow. The Leverkusen-based project developer also founded a subsidiary for energy contracting solutions, Cube Easy-E, in May.
