The B8 Center in Düsseldorf-Flingern is centrally located near the main railway station on a 22,500 m² site on Erkrather Strasse / Werdener Strasse and has almost 23,000 m² of leased retail, entertainment and restaurant space. Cube Real Estate will continue to operate the B8 Center as a fully let retail park for the time being. The project is located adjacent to the Cube Central 378 project development, where an urban expansion and sustainable upgrading of Düsseldorf-Flingern is being created, developed as part of a cooperative planning workshop and in close dialog with the neighborhood.
