The global investment manager commissioned us to act as the owner&#8217;s representative and project developer. In the Schwarzbach Quartier, around 82,000 m\u00b2 of usable space for offices and a hotel is being built on a total of six construction sites. InfraRed Capital Partners acquired the property on Balcke-D\u00fcrr-Allee from R &amp; S Partner Immobiliengesellschaft in 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
