Spacious green areas and a children&#8217;s playground are planned for the outdoor facilities, which will offer residents an oasis of relaxation in the middle of the town. <\/p>\n<p>In terms of sustainability and living comfort, photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and extensive green roofs are being implemented to achieve innovative energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The striking corner site in particular makes the project very exciting from an architectural point of view. This new quarter is being built in the direct vicinity of the Frankenberger H\u00f6fe residential quarter.
