A total of 64 residential units and a commercial unit on the first floor are being developed in the Frankenberger Viertel in Aachen. <\/p>\n<p>Attractive green spaces and a children&#8217;s playground are planned for the outdoor areas to increase the quality of life for tenants. Planning permission was granted in November 2023 and the earthworks and shoring work has now begun. <\/p>\n<p>In addition to the quality of life in the district, the project also scores highly in terms of sustainability thanks to photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and extensive green roofs to achieve innovative energy efficiency. It also offers modern infrastructure with a car elevator, 30 car parking spaces and 156 bicycle parking spaces. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are delighted that we have finally been able to start construction work in Aachen.
