Leben in Frankenberg&#8221; residential project. The<br \/>\nproject volume is around 25 million euros. The receipt of the building permit represents<br \/>\na significant milestone for the project and the further course of the project.  <\/p>\n<p>Completion of the project, which is being realized at Beverstrasse 32 in Aachen, is scheduled for mid-2025<br \/>\n. &#8220;LIF&#8221; comprises a modern residential building with a<br \/>\ncommercial unit on the first floor and is characterized by an ingenious<br \/>\nuse of space: Around 3,200 m\u00b2 of living space and 100 m\u00b2 of commercial rental space<br \/>\ncomprise a total of 64 residential units and one commercial unit, with a focus on<br \/>\nhigh-quality living. For the design of the outdoor areas,<br \/>\ngenerous green spaces and a children&#8217;s playground are planned, which will offer residents an<br \/>\noasis of relaxation in the middle of the city.  <\/p>\n<p>In terms of sustainability and living comfort, photovoltaic systems,<br \/>\nheat pumps and extensive green roofs will be implemented to achieve innovative<br \/>\nenergy efficiency.
