recorded another letting success at the Cube Factory 577 development in Leverkusen. The Leverkusen-based non-profit Rheinische Bildungszentrum, which acts as an association of support and educational institutions in the school, university and vocational sectors in Germany, has been secured as a long-term tenant. It is moving into around 1,460 m\u00b2 of office space in the first new office building at Cube Factory 577. It will move in once the construction work has been completed in the fourth quarter of 2023.   <\/p>\n<p>This means that almost all of the space in the building has already been let in the shell construction phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Germaine Houessou, Team Leader Individual Sales &amp; Commercial Letting at Cube Real Estate, <\/strong>says<strong>: <\/strong>&#8220;We can report another success with the letting to the non-profit Rheinische Bildungszentrum. We are proud that our Cube Factory 577 concept has been so well received and that we have already been able to attract many tenants from different sectors to our project.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Cube Factory 577 is located in Werkst\u00e4ttenstrasse in the Neue Bahnstadt Opladen (nbso) urban development area and combines student housing, owner-occupied apartments, offices and restaurants in around 22,000 m\u00b2 of rental space. Of this, approx. 10,000 m\u00b2 is residential and approx. 12,000 m\u00b2 is office space. <\/p>\n<p>The revitalization project is being built on the site of a former railroad repair hall. Some of the historic buildings will remain &#8211; also to preserve the industrial charm. With their modern and individual concept, the office spaces in the Cube Factory offer a wide range of options for the use of space. Sustainability certification in accordance with the LEED Core &amp; Shell 4.0 standard is planned for the project.
