construction. The group, one of Germany&#8217;s leading housing companies, had already acquired the revitalized building with 137 furnished apartments from Cube Real Estate in October 2019 as part of a forward deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.  <\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" data-page-number=\"1\" data-loaded=\"true\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\">Together with its project partners, Cube Real Estate has turned an ageing hall of residence into a real eye-catcher in Frankfurt-Niederrad. &#8220;We needed creative courage for the red fa\u00e7ade of Cube Ruby 923. But it is part of our philosophy to set urban design accents,&#8221; says Tilman Gartmeier, founder and Managing Director of the Leverkusen-based project developer, describing the Ruby. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"textLayer\">Nassauische Heimst\u00e4tte will rent out the apartment building at the address Goldsteinstrasse 130 under the name &#8220;Cubus130&#8221; in future. With around 58,000 rental apartments in 128 cities and municipalities, the new owner is one of Germany&#8217;s leading housing companies. NHW also equipped the property with a digital locking system before letting it, so that keyless access via app or transponder card is possible. In addition to inclusive living or senior living, which is already part of our portfolio, we also want to appeal to people who are looking for a temporary home with Cubus130.
