estate developer Cube Real Estate is strengthening its management team as of March 1, 2021. Carl von Stechow, the founder of ZINSLAND, a crowdfunding platform for real estate investments, will become Managing Director and shareholder of Cube Real Estate Nord GmbH in Hamburg. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are delighted to have Carl von Stechow, a very experienced real estate specialist with digital expertise, as Managing Director for our expanding activities in northern Germany. We are currently realizing the first project of Cube Real Estate Nord in Bremen and are in advanced acquisition processes for further projects in the region,&#8221; explains Tilman Gartmeier, founder and Managing Director of Cube Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>Carl von Stechow is an expert in real estate investment and financing and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He gained experience as a management consultant and in business development at Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers. After these positions, Carl von Stechow supported companies such as VW Immobilien and Pamera Real Estate as a freelance consultant and founded the real estate crowdinvesting platform ZINSLAND after working for VIVUM GmbH. In 2019, he initiated the merger of ZINSLAND with Exporo AG, where he has since strengthened the management team as a member of the Management Board.   <\/p>\n<p>In 2015, Carl von Stechow also founded the German PropTech Initiative e. V. with other entrepreneurs and has been its board member ever since. It is not only in this position that he promotes digital change in the real estate industry. &#8220;Digital changes are also on the rise in the real estate industry.
