Cube Life GmbH, a subsidiary of Cube Real Estate AG, has a new managing director: Jan Rudelle is taking over the strategic and operational management of the company with immediate effect. The 35-year-old has over 15 years of experience in the industry and will be responsible in particular for driving forward digitalization, the optimisation of internal processes and the expansion of sustainable property management for furnished accommodation.

Rudelle has been part of the Group since 2024. After studying insurance management at the TH Cologne, he completed numerous real estate qualifications, including further training as a real estate agent, real estate specialist, certified real estate administrator, facility manager and real estate valuation expert. He has worked both as an independent entrepreneur and in a management position at a Düsseldorf family office.

In his new role at Cube Life, Rudelle’s goal is to position the company as a future-oriented, service-focused provider in the field of property management and letting management. A particular focus is on the highly sought-after segment of furnished, small-scale living with all-in rental models. “This form of living places special demands on administration and communication – here we are focusing on digital processes, efficiency and service quality,” says Rudelle.

The first measures have already been implemented under his leadership: the letting and administration process has been fully digitalized and internal structures have been optimized in terms of communication, reporting and responsibilities. The aim is to be able to meet the increased demands of the market flexibly with a modern, scalable system.

New services were also introduced for tenants and partners, including a digital service area, welcome packages for new residents and cooperation offers for companies and universities. Community-building formats, such as tenant events, should also help to strengthen user loyalty in future.

Jean-Marc Fey, member of the Management Board of Cube Real Estate AG, has also joined the management of Cube Life GmbH. However, operational responsibility lies with Jan Rudelle.
